Frequently Asked Questions

Can I Bring My Own Shirts?
We ask that you use only the apparel you purchase from us for our printing services. Apparel that is pre-worn or purchased from retail stores often has detergent or finishes that prevent the ink from adhering properly.
 
However, for embroidery services, you may bring your apparel and other items to us.
How do I care for my custom apparel?

Of course, always look at the attached care label in the garment. Remember, however, that we have added additional embellishments that will require delicate treatment. The use of clothes dryers, irons and other devices is not recommended.

How long before I can pick up my finished items?

Our normal turnaround from art approval and down payment is approximately 10 working days. If there is custom artwork to be completed, please allow additional time. Also, during busy seasons, such as spring and fall youth sports and right before Christmas, we also need to allow more time.
